They will learn how to implement a top to bottom methodology to successfully manage sales in an organization, from hiring the correct people, to performance improvement plans. We are well known for teaching Interview Skills, and coaching managers and executives on how to hire the ‘right’ employees. We provide proven interview models, that include a variety of different types of questions, that look for the same qualities.
